Insurance Companies Are Paying
Independent Medical practitioners Poverty Wages.

It's Time We Fight Back—Together.

Insurance Companies Pay You $65 While Paying Others $225 for the Same Work.

Medical Practitioners Alliance is a nationwide coalition building the leverage to force fair reimbursement through collective bargaining. Join other providers who are done accepting poverty wages.

How It Works

Right now, we're in the building phase — recruiting providers state by state until we reach the critical mass needed to force insurers to the table.

We're Starting Small, We're Starting Smart

Founding Membership — $49/month Join now and lock in this rate permanently. When your state hits threshold, you'll be invited to upgrade and participate in active negotiations. Until then, you get monthly intelligence reports, state enrollment progress, and community access. No obligation to negotiate. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Only the first 500 members pay $49/month — this rate is locked for life. Members 501–2,000 pay $59/month. After that, $69/month.

Negotiating Membership — $100/month Available by invitation when your state reaches critical mass. This is where collective bargaining actually happens — you vote on strategy, proposed contracts, and whether to collectively withdraw. Binding participation required.
